Meet Our Founder

Mr. Arief Adinoto

Mr. Arief began learning about peace and coexistence when he participated in The Asian Pacific Children's Convention in Fukuoka (APCC) as a Junior Ambassador in 1989. One thousand children from 30 countries, aged 11, were invited to the event and nurtured in the spirit of "OMOIYARI (respect and understanding)."

His consistent and significant contributions to the BRIDGE CLUB led him to become the top leader of the organization in 2013. He has led more than 10,000 former APCC participants spread across 55 countries under the BRIDGE CLUB INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION (BCIO) until now.

Since the beginning of his leadership, Mr. Arief has dreamed of extending the APCC mission—educating and nurturing the omoiyari spirit—beyond APCC participants. In 2024, eleven years after this dream was conceived, he finally realized it through the establishment of the Global Bridge Academy, an educational institution dedicated to developing young leaders with the omoiyari spirit.

Our Curriculum

Driven by the shared vision of APCC and the Bridge Club to foster an environment rooted in peace, harmony, and coexistence, we have thoughtfully developed this curriculum. Known as CARe, it embodies the core principles of Communication, Action, and Respect, which are essential for building meaningful connections, promoting mutual understanding, and creating a positive impact in global communities

Communication

Effective communication begins with a solid understanding of the language being used. Recognizing this, we prioritize equipping our students with the necessary language skills through comprehensive classes in English, Japanese, and other languages. These classes are designed to enhance their ability to connect across cultures, foster mutual understanding, and prepare them for meaningful interactions in a globalized world.

Action

Contributing to world peace requires more than just ideals—it demands concrete actions and practical skills. To empower our students to take meaningful steps toward this goal, we offer comprehensive business classes designed to equip them with the tools for success. These classes cover essential topics such as digital marketing, project management, and other relevant fields, enabling students to create impactful projects, foster collaboration, and drive positive change in their communities and beyond.

Respect

Building peace and fostering coexistence must begin within ourselves. True peace comes from cultivating inner harmony and developing a strong foundation of respect and empathy. To nurture these values, we offer our students a range of character-building programs, including NAC (Neuro Association Cultivating) Training, Senandika, and various interactive activities with the community. These initiatives are designed to help students reflect on their values, build meaningful connections, and develop the emotional intelligence necessary to contribute positively to society

People's opinions

Hear from our satisfied students and parents about their experiences.

Studying at this international academy has been an inspiring journey, as it not only teaches valuable skills but also instills the spirit of omoyari compassion and understanding for others. I highly recommend this academy for anyone seeking to develop both practical skills and a deep sense of empathy
