Global Bridge Academy Alumni Reunion: Batch 1 & 2 Gathering and Sharing Session Full of Excitement

A sense of togetherness and renewed enthusiasm for learning came alive at the Gathering and Sharing Session that brought together alumni from Global Bridge Academy's Batch 1 and Batch 2. Held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, the event served not only as a reunion but also as an opportunity to share important information about the alumni's continuing education program. The event opened with a fun game session specially designed to help all alumni get to know one another regardless of their batch. Mulan, one of the students from GBA Batch 2, shared, "The event was so much fun! At the start, we played games together, and I think the games the committee prepared were really designed to help us get to know each other beyond the boundaries of Batch 1 and 2. So all the alumni could mingle and connect with one another," said Mulan, a GBA Batch 2 alumna who attended the event. The fun game session ran from 10:00 AM until lunchtime, with lunch provided directly by Global Bridge Academy, followed by a prayer and rest break (ishoma) until 1:00 PM. Moving into the next session, Kak Arief, President of Global Bridge Academy, presented information about the Post-Graduate Program, a continuing program specially designed for GBA alumni. "In my opinion, this program is really great, first of all because it helps refresh our English skills through a learning method that's more fun and informal, yet still engaging and more focused on speaking and writing practice. Secondly, there's also sales training. The goal isn't for us to necessarily become salespeople in our future careers, but rather to sharpen our communication skills with clients, learn promotional techniques to close deals, and build confidence in the products we offer. Because in today's modern world, we're surrounded by the concept of 'selling' everywhere, so this program is very affordable and highly recommended for anyone who wants to develop strong sales skills," Mulan concluded.
